We’d seen the level of class of finishing touches to homes that Cottesloe Constructions had built, and this was what we wanted. Cottesloe Constructions expects a lot from contractors and this was reflected in the finish. We also really enjoyed having the flexibility to select what we wanted 5 weeks out rather than 1 year before, and they were really open to variations during the building process. We loved the experience and felt like we were building it together. We wouldn’t hesitate to build again with Cottesloe Constructions.
This architecturally designed 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home was built to meet the lifestyle needs of the client – a family friendly home that allowed separate space for older teens. The plan of the home incorporated a study, bedrooms and separate activity or games space upstairs for children whilst having the main living area downstairs, featuring a kitchen, living and alfresco entertaining area.
This was the client’s second time building a home, and their requirements included a new home with quality finishes, handed over 100% complete, without having to finish anything off themselves. What was delivered was a new home with all the finishing touches, including an alfresco entertaining area with custom built outdoor kitchen and cedar wood ceiling feature, quality cupboards throughout, and state of the art kitchen.
