We love the design of our home. It all flows very nicely and works on a smaller block. The inside of the home seems bigger than it actually is, and we receive comments on this all the time! Nothing was ever too much trouble and we got exactly what we wanted out of our home. We have one more build left in us and we’ll definitely use Cottesloe Constructions again.
This two storey townhouse was built on a modest 190sqm block at the rear of a strata title property. The clever design of the 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse makes an impressive use of a relatively small space.
Travertine and marble benchtops are featured throughout the home and together with timber door frames and staircase, assisted to achieve one of the client’s requirements to incorporate ‘natural finish’ products. The open layout of the kitchen, dining and lounge area together with the alfresco are key features of the townhouse, that catered towards the client’s lifestyle choice, and helped create an impression of a larger living space.
